Orchard Park, NY: Level Financial Advisors, a fee-only financial planning and investment management firm headquartered in East Amherst, NY, has announced plans to expand its presence in the Southtowns with a new office in Orchard Park. The office will be located within The Orchard retail plaza on North Buffalo Street, occupying the former Apricot Lane Boutique space, a property managed by Benderson Development, LLC. The firm anticipates welcoming clients to the new location in the first quarter of 2026.
“Our Southtowns practice has experienced significant growth in recent years, prompting us to invest in a space that offers greater functionality and an improved client experience,” commented Mike Heburn, Chief Operating Officer of Level Financial Advisors. “The new office will mirror the branding of our East Amherst headquarters and feature contemporary amenities familiar to our Northtowns clients.”
Founded 46 years ago, Level Financial Advisors relocated its main office to Transit Road in East Amherst in 2023, boosting its visibility and brand recognition. The firm currently serves 700 clients and oversees more than $800 million in assets. Earlier this year, it acquired a California-based advisory firm, furthering its national reach. Over 25% of the firm’s clients reside outside New York State.
The new Orchard Park office will replace the company’s smaller Hamburg location on Southwestern Boulevard. Upgrades will include spacious conference rooms for clients, expanded work areas for staff, and updated finishes and furnishings. Looking ahead, Level Financial Advisors plans to establish a comparably sized office in southern California as part of its strategic growth initiatives.
