Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We have an immediate need for a receptionist/administrative assistant to join our growing firm in Amherst, NY. This salary, non-exempt position is full-time, in-office, at our main headquarters near the U.B. North Campus.

Our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position is a critical client-interfacing role within our company. You will work directly with visitors to our Amherst office in all aspects of reception, as well as perform various administrative duties. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls and emails, sending various correspondence, entering data in our client relationship database, assisting advisors with client activities, scanning and archiving firm documents and ensuring our office remains a welcome and professional environment for everyone!

Requirements:

      • Minimum of 5-years of relevant experience, specifically in a professional office environment.
      • A mature, positive, friendly, outgoing personality.
      • A willingness to help others; clients, co-workers……. anyone!
      • A thirst to learn.
      • Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
      • Strong focus on details to ensure things are done right the first time.
      • Proficiency and comfort with technology, including MS Office, CRM software and cloud-based applications.
      • The ability to type with excellent proficiency.
      • Great organizational skills.
