Bethany is Level’s Chief Compliance Officer and Technology Specialist for Level Financial Advisors. She graduated from Buffalo State College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She joined the firm in February 2014 after working for Level Financial Advisors part-time over the previous three years. In 2023 she completed the course work and certification process to become an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®).
She is responsible for overseeing the firms various regulatory activities, including supervision of policies and procedures, cybersecurity processes, and review of daily transactions with regard to the firm’s fiduciary responsibilities to clients. She is further responsible for overseeing information technology systems for the firm and assisting clients with access to key systems, including the mobile app and client portal.
