Desiree Hall is the Human Resources Manager for Level Financial Advisors. She joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining Level she worked as a School Counselor for St. Gregory the Great Catholic School for twelve years.
Desiree has a bachelor of arts in mental health psychology from Gannon University and a masters of science in elementary education from Edinboro University.
She is responsible for all aspects of employee relations, payroll, 401k and benefits administration, along with hiring and retention activities. She also assists the client services department in various activities, including opening new accounts, transferring client assets between accounts, facilitating client correspondence, and assisting the firm in general customer service activities. Desiree also assists the firm with special projects related to finance and human resources.
