Mike is Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of the firm. He joined the company in 2014. He is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Potsdam, with a BA in English Writing. He spent 15 years prior to joining Level working in executive management for some of the largest corporations in Western New York.
Mike is responsible for overall operations of the firm, including operations, strategic planning, human resources, marketing, business development, information technology, and finance. He enjoys running and fitness, local professional sports (Bills and Sabres) and spending time with his wife (Kim) and two daughters (Madison and Jordan).
