We are seeking an Associate Advisor to provide expert financial planning and investment advice to a dedicated client base. This individual will play a key role in nurturing client relationships, managing portfolios, and supporting firm-wide business development goals.

This position offers an opportunity to join a team-oriented environment and make a meaningful impact on clients’ financial well-being.

Candidates do not need to bring a book of business with them. Due to our marketing efforts, prospective clients are provided to our advisors.

Requirements:

  • CFP® designation in good standing.
  • A mature, positive, friendly, outgoing personality.
  • A willingness to help others; clients, co-workers……. anyone!
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning and investment management roles.
  • No securities or insurance licenses required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Empathetic and client-focused, always acting in the client’s best interest.
  • Able to independently resolve client issues and prioritize workload.
  • Open to giving feedback and participating in continuous firm improvement.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel and remote work as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
