We are seeking an Associate Advisor to provide expert financial planning and investment advice to a dedicated client base. This individual will play a key role in nurturing client relationships, managing portfolios, and supporting firm-wide business development goals.

Candidates do not need to bring a book of business with them. Due to our marketing efforts, prospective clients are provided to our advisors.

Requirements:
- CFP® designation in good standing.
- A mature, positive, friendly, outgoing personality.
- A willingness to help others; clients, co-workers……. anyone!
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning and investment management roles.
- No securities or insurance licenses required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Empathetic and client-focused, always acting in the client’s best interest.
- Able to independently resolve client issues and prioritize workload.
- Open to giving feedback and participating in continuous firm improvement.
- Comfortable with occasional travel and remote work as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
