We have an immediate need for a Financial Planning Associate to join our growing firm in East Amherst, NY. This is a full-time, in-office position at our main headquarters on Transit Road.
Our Financial Planning Associate is responsible for for assisting the Financial Advisors, Senior Financial Advisors, Executives, Client Services Team, and Partners of the firm with daily tasks and projects related to financial planning and investment management of clients. Further responsibilities include various client services tasks, including processing paperwork, moving money, creating agreements and onboarding clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related field.
- A mature, positive, friendly, outgoing personality.
- A willingness to help others; clients, co-workers……. anyone!
- A thirst to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
- Strong focus on details to ensure things are done right the first time.
- Proficiency and comfort with technology, including MS Office, CRM software and cloud-based applications.
- The ability to type with excellent proficiency.
- Great organizational skills.
